Despite this, only almost 20% of used wood is recycled, with the vast majority still ending up in landfills.<\/p><p>Technological improvements, in particular the increase in processing capacity as well as the automation of the removal of impurities, increase the efficiency and quality of the recycling process. Wood waste from municipal waste and companies is mainly furniture, wooden packaging, wooden pallets and also some construction waste from demolition.
