For the purposes of GDPR 2016/679 according to Article 4, the operator of this website www.fecupral.sk (Fecupral, spol. s r.o., Ľ. Štúra 17, 082 21 Veľký Šariš) is also the controller of the system processing your personal data.

For the purposes of personal data protection, a Data Subject is a person who purchases goods and/or services from the Controller or enters into business communication with a representative of the Controller. We consider the data you provide to us to be complete and accurate.

The type of personal data we collect directly from you

We process your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, company address, VAT number and IP address, if we have requested it from you for billing purposes or further communication. We do not record or ascertain anything more about you than what you have directly provided to us. We consider the information you provide to us to be complete and accurate.

Personal information we may obtain about you through service providers

Indirectly, we can obtain some categories of information. Namely through Google, which may provide information about when and from where you visited our website. We use this information solely for analytical purposes in order to improve the accessibility of our website.

Why we collect information and how we use it

We collect and process your personal information in order to:
a) processing invoices and payments for goods ordered by you
b) communicating with you as our client, which you have become by purchasing our services or goods or by us having another form of business relationship
c) contacting you to provide you with marketing and business offers that we think may be of interest to you.

We do not provide your data to anyone else for use

(a) with the exception of courier companies for the purpose of delivery of goods
b) to the ecomail.cz server for the purpose of sending bulk business correspondence (newsletter).
(c) except where the regulatory, tax and public authorities or investigative authorities, as the case may be, are permitted to do so by the relevant law

We keep your data secure on secure servers and all backup copies are stored in Slovakia

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access all the data we collect as well as the right to have your data forgotten.

You can request access to all the information we hold about you as well as corrections to it and to stop us processing it and delete it. You also have the right to request that we supply your data in a structured, machine-readable form.
We hold billing information for 10 years based on tax laws. We will do so immediately upon a request to forget.
At the same time, as a Data Subject, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk)
